These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ace Academic Publishing website and your purchase of our products. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Products & descriptions

We sell supplemental educational workbooks (physical books) and instant-download worksheets (digital PDFs). We work to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. Cover designs, sample pages, and specifications may be updated over time.

Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are inclusive of applicable sales tax where noted. Prices and promotions may change at any time. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout. In the event of a pricing or product error, we reserve the right to correct the error and to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, even after an order has been submitted.

Orders & cancellation

Your order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We may cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Intellectual property & license

All content on this website and within our products — including text, workbook pages, worksheets, graphics, logos, and designs — is the property of Ace Academic Publishing and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. When you purchase a workbook or worksheet, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal or single-classroom educational purposes.

Unless you have arranged a bulk or institutional license with us, you may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly post, or create derivative works from our materials. Digital downloads are licensed to a single purchaser and may not be shared or redistributed. For school, district, or multi-classroom use, please contact us about licensing.

Digital downloads

Downloadable worksheets are delivered electronically after successful payment via a secure download link and by email. Because digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, they are non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law. Download access may be revoked if an order is refunded or cancelled.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts, or to infringe our or any third party’s rights.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Our website and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our educational materials are supplemental resources and do not guarantee any particular academic outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ace Academic Publishing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
