Shipping & Returns

Order processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Physical books are typically prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days of your order. You’ll receive an email confirmation when you order and a second email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping rates
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. For orders under that amount, a flat shipping rate of $4.99 applies. Any applicable rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Within the United States, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak periods. If you need an order by a specific date, contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.
International orders
If international shipping is available for your location, timelines are longer and any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact us before placing a large international or school order so we can confirm options and pricing.
Digital downloads
Downloadable worksheets are delivered instantly after checkout — a secure download link appears on your order confirmation page and is also sent to your email. You can re-download your purchases anytime from your account. There is no shipping charge for digital products.
Damaged or defective items
We stand behind the quality of our books. If a physical book arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@aceacademicpublishing.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or a refund.
Returns & refunds
Unused physical books in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price; return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Please contact us first to start a return so we can provide instructions.
Digital products are non-refundable once they have been downloaded, because they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. If you have a problem accessing a download, contact us and we’ll make it right. Access to digital downloads is removed if an order is refunded or cancelled.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Order changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually update or cancel an order before it ships, but once a physical order is in transit it must be handled as a return.
